How many teams can a Coach manage?
The Coach plan supports up to two active teams.
What is included in the Club plan?
Club self-service billing is not available. Contact support for information about club access.
Can Coaches in the same club see every team?
No. Each Coach works only with assigned teams; the Club Coordinator has the club overview.
Does MyCoachPlanner work on phones and tablets?
Yes. MyCoachPlanner is designed for phone, tablet, and desktop use.
Is a card required for the trial?
No. A card is not required for the Coach Full Access trial.
How long is the trial?
The Coach Full Access trial lasts 7 days.
How does the Founding Coach offer work?
It is reserved for the first 100 confirmed paying Individual Coach customers on their first paid order. The Founding price lasts for the first 12 months; the then-current Regular price applies afterward.
What happens when a subscription ends?
When paid access ends, you can choose a new Coach plan. Your one-time Trial cannot be restarted.
How do I install MyCoachPlanner?
Install MyCoachPlanner directly from your browser. No App Store or Google Play download needed.
iPhone / iPad
SafariOpen Safari. Tap Share. Choose Add to Home Screen. Tap Add to install.
On iPad, Share may be in the top toolbar. If hidden, open Safari’s More menu. Leave Open as Web App on if shown.
Android
ChromeOpen Chrome. Tap the ⋮ menu. Choose Install app. Tap Install to confirm.
You may see Add to Home screen, or Install and create shortcut → Install instead. Follow the installation prompt.
